大專棒球隊員團隊氣氛、參與動機及團隊適應關係之研究

摘要

本研究旨在了解大專棒球隊員的團隊氣氛、參與動機與團隊適應的關聯性。本研究採用量化的研究設計；本研究之研究架構，包含：團隊氣氛、參與動機與團隊適應三個構面。本研究採用人員訪問法以問卷調查方式進行資料蒐集，問卷調查對象為200位大專甲乙組棒球隊員。本研究發現：一、運動年資對大專棒球選手在團隊氣氛的感受上有顯著的差異；二、不同組別大專棒球選手在團隊氣氛的感受上有顯著的差異；三、運動年資對於大專棒球選手的參與動機上有顯著的差異；四、球隊的組別對於大專棒球選手在參與動機上有顯著的差異；五、運動年資對於大專棒球選手在團隊適應上有顯著的差異；六、球隊的組別對於大專棒球選手在團隊適應上有顯著的差異；七、大專棒球選手的團隊氣氛、參與動機與大專棒球選手團隊適應之間具有顯著關係存在；八、團隊氣氛與參與動機之因素對大專棒球選手的團隊適應具有預測力。

The purpose of this research was to explore possible relationship between college baseball player's organizational climate, motivation and organizational adjustment. The hypothesis for this research was: There was a significant relationship between college baseball player's organizational climate, motivation and organizational adjustment. The method employed quantitative research method in conducting this study. The research participants were 200 players in Taiwan. Research result supported the research hypothesis that there was a significant relationship between college baseball player's organizational climate, motivation and organizational adjustment.
