突破休閒冒險性活動對運動團隊凝聚力之影響

The Effect of Adventure Recreation on the Team Cohesion

摘要


本研究之目的在了解經由突破休閒冒險教育活動介入運動團隊後,對於團隊凝聚力有無增進之效果。本研究之對象為23名國立台灣體育學院劍道專長學生。在活動前先施以「團隊凝聚力量表」,並於12小時之突破休閒冒險教育活動介入後,進行後測,利用t考驗分析結果發現:該運動團隊在活動介入後對於團隊目標、團隊合作以及人際關係皆有顯著增進效果。因此本研究建議可以將突破休閒冒險教育介入各運動團隊或班級經營,以作為團隊建立或團隊凝聚力增進之用,讓團隊成員由實際做中學體驗學習團隊之建立、相互合作以及溝通等能力之促進。

This research is aimed at understanding the effect of team cohesion after being experienced Adventure Recreation. The subject of the research were the athletes of Kendo of National Taiwan College of Physical Education. Total members are 23. Give a pretest of the Scale of Team Cohesion before the athletes experiencing the Adventure Recreation. Give a posttest after it. The result was that Adventure Recreation really worked in the goal of team, cooperation of team and interpersonal relationship. As a result, this research suggests that Adventure Recreation is useful for sport teams or class. It will increase the team cohesion. Through practicing Adventure Recreation, people can learn how to work with others, how to communicate and so on.
