不同學校規模國小健康與體育學習領域教師專業能力之研究:以高雄市為例

The Reasearch of the Teacher's Professional Competency of Health and Physical Education Learning Areas in Different School Scales: In Kaohsiung

摘要


本研究目的在比較高雄市不同學校規模國小健康與體育學習領域教師的專業能力之差異。研究方法以叢集隨機抽樣方式抽取高雄市20所國小,425位健康與體育學習領域教師,以「國小健康與體育學習領域教師專業能力問卷」為研究工具;資料處理以描述統計、單因子變異數分析等統計方法處理。研究結果發現在教育專業能力上不同學校規模的國小健康與體育學習領域教師並無顯著差異。但在體育專業能力、健康教育專業能力及整體健康與體育專業能力上學校規模在49班(含)以上的教師的專業能力高於學校規模25-48班的教師。研究結論高雄市國小健康與體育學習領域教師的專業能力因學校規模之不同,而有差異存在。

The purpose of this research was to compare with the professional competency in different school scales in health and physical education learning areas of Kaohsiung elementary school teachers. The research method was the Questionnaire Survey. Using random samples evaluated 20 elementary schools. Employed the ”Kaohsiung elementary school health and physical education learning areas teacher's professional competency questionnaire” as the research tool. There were 425 specialized teachers in this field join in. All the questionnaire data was analyzed by SPSS 10.0 statistical software to describe Statistical analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA. Finding of this study that a domain teacher and has not been showing the difference in health and physical education of elementary school of different scale of school in educating teacher's professional competency. But in the professional competency of physical education, health education professional competency and whole health and physical professional competency go to school the scale of the school in 49 classes (include) the professional ability of the teachers of the above is higher than the teachers of class 25-48 in scale. This following of conclusion: in the school health and physical education learning areas teachers of elementary, due to different scales there is a significant variation in teacher's professional competency in Kaohsiung.
