大專運動員成就目標取向與心理技能之探討

Relationships between Achievement Goal Orientation and Psychological Skills in Collegiate Athletes

摘要


本研究目的在於了解大專運動員成就目標取向與心理技能間的關係。研究對象為230位大專運動員(男性155位,女性75位)。研究工具為2×2運動成就運動目標量表與運動員心理技能量表,並以典型相關分析所蒐集的資料。研究結果如下:一、精熟逃避、表現逃避目標取向與自信心、專注、壓力處理與逆境調適、動機心理技能呈負相關;精熟趨近、表現逃避目標取向與自信心、專注、壓力處理與逆境調適、動機心理技能呈正相關。二、精熟趨近、精熟逃避目標取向與可教導性、動機心理技能呈正相關。三、表現趨近目標取向與動機、壓力處理與逆境調適心理技能呈正相關。

The purpose of this research was to examine the relationship between achievement goal orientation and psychological skills. The subjects were 230 collegiate athletes (include 155 males and 75 females). The research tools were ”2×2 Achievement Goal Questionnaire for Sport” and ”Athletic Psychological Skills Inventory”. The collected data were analyzed by canonical correlation. The results were as follows: 1. Mastery-avoidance and performance-avoidance goal orientation correlated confidence, concentration, peaking under pressure and coping with adversity, and motivation positively. Mastery-approach and performance-approach goal orientation correlated confidence, concentration, peaking under pressure and coping with adversity, and motivation negatively. 2. Mastery-approach and mastery-avoidance goal orientation correlated coachability and motivation positively. 3. Performance-approach goal orientation correlated motivation, and peaking under pressure and coping with adversity positively.
