不同休閒態度程度的教職員對休閒類型、動機、滿意度差異之研究:以黎明技術學院為例

The Differences of Staffs' Leisure Attitude between Leisure Activity Types, Leisure Motivation and Leisure Satisfaction: The Lee-Ming Institute of Technology Case Study

摘要


本研究主要的目的在於探討黎明技術學院教職員參與休閒活動,不同休閒態度程度對休閒活動類型、休閒動機及滿意度是否有差異存在。本調查以95年度黎明技術學院教職員為研究範圍,總計發出調查問卷200份,回收有效樣本問卷為155份,回收比率為77.5%。有效樣本資料經統計分析與討論,本研究的主要研究結果如下:一、不同休閒態度程度對休閒類型,部分有顯著差異存在,「高態度」在參與大眾媒體、文化活動、社交活動和嗜好活動等四個休閒類型,高於「低態度」。二、不同休閒態度程度對休閒動機,有顯著差異存在;「高態度」的休閒動機高於「中態度」及「低態度」。三、不同休閒態度程度對休閒滿意度,有顯著差異存在,「高態度」的滿意度均顯著高於「中態度」及「低態度」;而「中態度」的滿意度亦高於「低態度」的教職員。本研究根據上述的結果,對休閒諮商者及休閒服務提供者以及未來研究上提出相關之建議。

The goal of this research was to study Lee-ming Institute of Technology (LIT) staffs' leisure activity types, leisure attitude, leisure motivation and leisure satisfaction. Survey samples were those LIT staffs of the 2006 academy year. 155 copies of questionnaire were effective among 200 ones. By means of statistical analyses and discussions, we present these following conclusions: 1. The correlation between leisure attitude and leisure activity types is partially significant, participating in four leisure types such as medias of masses, cultural activity, social activity and hobby activity in high attitude', higher than the low attitude. 2. The correlation between leisure attitude and leisure motivation is significant. The leisure motive of the high attitude is higher than medium attitude and low attitude. 3. The correlation between leisure attitude and leisure satisfaction is significant. The satisfaction of the high attitude is higher than medium attitude and low attitude apparently; And the satisfaction of medium attitude is also higher than the teaching and administrative staff of the low attitude. Suggestions for those leisure consultants, leisure service providers and further researchers are also formulated.
