摘要

隨著社會的進步，有愈來愈多本著誠意奉獻、利他情操及助人胸懷之社會公益人士，踴躍參與志願工作。充分瞭解志願服務人員的特性，並讓運動志工可以人盡其才的發揮專長來服務大眾，這是當前重要的課題。本研究經由文獻分析與深度訪談方法，探討學校運動志工團隊的發展與現況。試就智慧資本觀點出發，探討組織資本的理論與內涵，歸納分析學校運動志工之組織資本，包含組織文化、領導、整合及團隊意識等四個構面。並就組織資本觀點在學校運動志工團隊運用的可能性進行探討，期能作為建立學校運動志工組織資本，進而發揮運動志工服務價值的參考。

In response to the development trend of society, there are more and more people devoting themselves to the society with altruistic heart. Well understanding the characteristics of volunteers, and bring the professional specialty into full play to service the public is as important as nowadays. This study is to discuss the development and circumstances of the school sports volunteer team with literature analysis and interview. This study probed into the definitions and classifications of organization capital and spilt into four dimensions such as organizational culture, leadership, integration, and the team's conception. The purpose of the study lies in examining the feasibility of school sport volunteer team with the viewpoint of organization capital and hope the research can be the reference for the schools to build the organizational capital of the school sports volunteer team.
