以人力資本觀點探討學校運動志工團隊之運作

摘要

隨著知識經濟時代的來臨，智慧資本的重要性已逐漸獲得共識。智慧資本是組織相對於財務與實體資產外的無形資產，共包含人力資本、結構資本與社會資本等三大內涵。本研究試從人力資本的觀點出發，探討學校運動志工團隊運作的現況。經由文獻分析與深度訪談結果，本研究發現學校運動志工團隊之人力資本，包括運動志工願景與領導、運動志工服務態度、運動志工專業知能、運動志工創新能力等四個層面。本研究並就訪談結果，綜合討論，歸納結論，提出建議，期能作為學校運動志工團隊人力資本運作之參考。

With the advent of the era of knowledge economy, the importance of intellectual capital has gradually reached to a consensus. Intellectual capital compared to financial and physical assets is a kind of intangible assets. It included in human capital, structural capital and social capital. In this study, from the human capital point of view, I tried to explore the current situation of the school sports volunteer team. Through literature analysis and the in-depth interviews, I found that the human capital on the school sports volunteer team included in four dimensions, such as sports volunteers' vision and leadership, service attitude, professional knowledge and skills, and innovation abilities. In this study, through interviewing, discussing, summing up the conclusions, I made some recommendations and hope the research will be the reference for the operation of the human capital on school sports volunteer teams.
