摘要

本研究目的在瞭解國小教師工作壓力與休閒運動參與之現況，並探討其工作壓力與休閒運動參與之間的關係。本研究採問卷調查法，以「國小教師工作壓力與休閒運動參與問卷」為研究工具，採比例分層抽樣方式，有效調查桃園縣國小教師300位，回收率為93.8%。調查資料以百分比、平均數、Pearson積差相關等統計方法進行分析。研究結果如下：一、國小教師工作壓力因素感受依高低順序為外在壓力、組織壓力、個人壓力。二、國小教師休閒運動參與程度偏低，較喜好從事戶外、球類、養生類型的休閒運動，在運動地點偏向就近選擇學校場地，在對象的選擇上多半與家人共同從事，並傾向從事不需收費的休閒運動。三、國小教師的工作壓力與休閒運動參與程度呈現負相關，其中外在壓力和整體壓力皆與休閒運動參與程度達顯著負相關。

This study aimed to understand the work stress and recreational sports participation of the elementary schoolteachers and to examine the correlation between the two. A questionnaire on the work stress and recreational sports participation of elementary schoolteachers was distributed to 300 elementary schoolteachers of Taoyuan County, selected by proportional stratified sampling method; 93.8% returned the questionnaire. Survey data was analyzed by percentage, mean, pearson product-moment correlation and other statistical methods. The major findings are as follows: (1) The factors that contribute work stress among elementary schoolteachers are, in descending order, external environment, organizational stress, and personal stress. (2) Elementary schoolteachers show low level of participation in recreational sports, and outdoor activities, ball games, and health-related exercise are preferred. In terms of location, school venues are favorable for convenience. They are most likely to engage in physical activities with their family members, and tend to choose those with free entry. (3) On elementary schoolteachers, a negative relationship has been found between the work pressure and recreational sports participation, in which the external pressure and overall pressure have a significant negative correlation with recreational sports participation.
