探究雙溪地方創生方案

本研究希望先盤點地方特色資源，再透過設計思考的應用，找出雙溪地區可行的地方創生方案，提供做為未來推動的建議。本研究透過質性訪談法，並建立利害關係人圖，進行資料分析，深度挖掘地方DNA，發現雙溪地區的發展現況與障礙。最後，本研究從高創新性、高可行性這兩個角度將發想的五項地方創生活動做進一步排序，找出適合的可行性方案。其中，雙溪歷史故事繪本、吟詩體驗活動以及與景點結合的低碳鐵馬遊程這三項活動是透過消費者一起完成任務，更增加其參與意願，以及增強趣味性，也可提供參與者對雙溪地區更深入的參與式體驗。

This study firstly hopes to consolidate all the local characteristic resources, then through the application of design thinking, to identify available local creation solutions, and to provide recommendations for future progress in Shuangxi. This study used the qualitative interview method and created a stakeholder map, carrying out data analysis and digging deep into local DNA, to discover the development status and obstacles to the development in Shuangxi. At last, this study further ranks the five regional revitalization plans from the perspectives of high innovation and high feasibility to find suitable alternatives. The activities in Shuangxi about the historic picture book, poems reciting, and low-carbon bicycle riding travel itinerary, are all finished by participations of the consumers, which thus to increase their willingness to take parts in and to enhance fun. It can also provide participants with a more in-depth participatory experience of Shuangxi.
