以心智圖法探討物業管理公司員工從事數位學習影響因素之研究

A Research on Mind Mapping for the Factors of E-learning to Impact Staff on a Property Management Company

摘要


數位學習現已是組織中不可或缺的學習工具之一,其重點為員工的參與及學習,成員須經由探索、合作、及實踐的學習活動來獲取知識。物業公司從業人員大多屬於低學歷、年資淺、中高年齡、薪資偏低、流動率高、對電腦的使用頻率偏低等基本可預期的障礙,因此瞭解物業公司從業人員對數位學習的接受程序與影響因素就顯得重要。本研究以公司內一套物業產業數位學習網為對象,採用心智圖法分析整理從業人員運用數位學習時所可能影響因素,希望在落實員工訓練及成本效益方面,尋求平衡與突破。研究對象挑選10位基層人員及5位幹部(幹部必須為該10位基層人員之直屬或部門主管)參與學習之成員共同研討,以資料收集、參酌訪談、文件資料與參與觀察為主。研究結果顯示,從業人員對數位學習接受度與其教育程度及制度有顯著關聯,一般而言學歷愈高、年齡愈輕的接受程度較高;受訪者對數位學習取代傳統訓練,則是持保留態度,甚至部份幹部認為應依課程性質,將數位學習課程更加多元化與客製化。

The essential of e-learning includes two parts: participation and learning. It is an endeavor for members to acquire knowledge actively through cooperation and creation. Predictable obstacles on most facilities management staff, such as low education, insufficient development of professional skills, low seniority, the third age, low salary, high turnover rate, difficulties in skill formation, low frequency of using computers etc. It becomes important to understand members' reception and influence factors of e-learning in a property management company.Nowadays, mind mapping is widely applied to domestic enterprises and academia. This research is going to adopt an e-learning website for facility management, thereby analyzes determinants of e-learning from currently users. Two stages to compose this research; firstly, an interview will be hold by 10 staff, 5 leading cadres participate in the discussion. Secondly, the Mind Map is accomplished by integration of opinions from 15 trainees. Research result indicates there is a significant correlation between employee's acceptance on E-learning and the level of education. Younger employees with a higher educational attainment stay at a high level of acceptance. However, from the interviewees' points of view, e-learning will not be replaced by transitional training currently. According to trainees' different requirements, diversification and customization are essential components to strengthen E-learning.
