摘要

政府為鼓勵既有建築物導入智慧化系統進行補助，截至107年底止共完成291件改善案例，然而從內政部建築研究所歷年補助的既有住宅社區導入智慧化系統改善作業中，發現推動既有住宅社區導入智慧化系統非常困難，因此，本研究藉由既有住宅導入智慧化系統之案例研究，彙整出既有住宅社區常導入的智慧化系統，以及導入各項智慧化系統所需花費，與導入後所得效益，作為其他有意導入智慧化系統的既有住宅社區之導入參考，讓各界得以體會及瞭解既有住宅社區導入智慧化改善的實質效益，期望居住者能透過導入智慧化系統享有更優質的生活空間。
