氮肥用量對水稻產量之影響

Effects of Different Amounts of Nitrogen Fertilizer Application on the Rice Production

摘要


本試驗在探討五種氮肥用量(0、90、150、210及270 kg N ha^(-1))對水稻產量之影響,找出最高產量90%之氮肥用量,並以迴歸分析求得氮肥施用量與最高產量的關係,期能降低化學肥料之用量。試驗第一期作於臺中市大雅區進行,為砂頁岩非石灰性老沖積土,水稻供試品種為台農71號;第二期作於大雅區紅壤土進行,水稻供試品種為臺南11號。經二次式迴歸分析結果顯示,最高產量90%之氮肥用量,以130 kg N ha^(-1) (125-139 kg N ha^(-1)範圍),可生產稻穀7,000 kg ha^(-1),足夠水稻全生育期之養分(r值為0.62**,P ≦ 0.05,n = 20),故本地區水稻氮肥推薦量為每公頃130kg。糙米之氮含量隨著氮肥用量而增加,鉀含量則相反,隨著氮肥用量增加而減少,顯示氮肥用量會影響糙米品質。

The purpose of this study was to investigate on the amounts of nitrogen fertilizer application to reach the optimum rice production in Taichung area. Five level amounts of nitrogen fertilizer by 0, 90 , 150, 210, and 270 kg N ha^(-1) were applied in the study. The two cultivars of Tainung No. 71 and Tainan No. 11 were tested in the first and the second crop, respectively. Through the multiple regression analysis (r=0.62**, P≤0.05, n=20), 90% of the maximum yield, around 7,000 kg ha^(-1), was obtained by the application of 130 kg N ha^(-1). The result inclicated that nitrogen content in brown rice was induced with the increase of application rate of nitrogen fertilizer, however, reduced in potassium content revesely. It could conclude that the amount of nitrogen fertilizer application is signficant influence both on the coarse grain yield and quality of rice.
