國中棒球教練工作生活品質與組織公民行為關係之研究

A Study of the Correlation between the Quality of Working Life and Organizational Citizenship Behavior of Junior High School Baseball Coaches

摘要

本研究旨在探討國中棒球教練工作生活品質與組織公民行為的現況，以及兩者之間的關係。本研究以參加教育部所主辦「98學年度國中棒球聯賽」之棒球教練為研究對象，共發出調查問卷191份，回收有效問卷176份，有效問卷回收率為92.15%，所得資料經統計分析後，獲得以下結論：國中棒球教練之工作生活品質屬於中高程度；國中棒球教練之組織公民行為屬於中高程度；年資為「21年以上」之棒球教練，較年資為「5年以下」之棒球教練，對於工作生活品質有較高的滿意度；年資為「21年以上」之棒球教練，較年資為「5年以下」以及「6-10年」之棒球教練表現出更明顯的組織公民行為；國中棒球教練之工作生活品質與組織公民行為有顯著正相關；國中棒球教練之工作生活品質能夠有效預測其組織公民行為。

The purposes of this study were to understand the current situation of quality of working life and organizational citizenship behavior of junior high school baseball coaches, and the relationship between them. The research approach applied to this study was the survey method with a questionnaire. The researcher took the baseball coaches who joined the Junior High School Baseball Tournament in 2009 as samples. 176 samples were effective among 191 baseball coaches and the rate of retrieve was 92.15%. The findings from the analysis were summarized as follows: (1) The perception level of baseball coaches' quality of working life is rated above average. (2) The perception level of baseball coaches' organizational citizenship behavior is above average. (3) The perception of the quality of working life for baseball coaches whose seniority is 'over 21 years' higher than 'under 5 years'. (4) The perception of organizational citizenship behavior for baseball coaches whose seniority is 'over 21 years' higher than 'under 5 years' and '6-10 years'. (5) There is a significant positive relationship between the quality of working life and organizational citizenship behavior on baseball coaches. (6) Baseball coaches' perception of quality of working life has a significant predictability on their organizational citizenship behavior.
