女性學生使用學校健身中心之阻礙研究-以臺大綜合體育館健身中心為例

Constraints Investigation of Female Students Using School Gym - Taking National Taiwan University Sport Center Gym for Example

摘要


本研究之目的為探討女性學生使用學校健身中心的阻礙因素,方法以隨機抽樣進行問卷調查,研究對象為臺大綜合體育館健身中心的女性學生使用者。共發放105份,取得100份有效問卷,有效問卷率95.2%。依據Crawford與Godbey(1987)提出的休閒阻礙三構面作為測量基礎與分析架構。資料分析方式為描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、項目分析。結果顯示:(一)結構性阻礙與個人內在阻礙為主要阻礙之因素;(二)結構性阻礙中,「人太多」和「場地擁擠」為明顯阻礙之因素;(三)相較低阻礙群集,高阻礙群集更易受「因他人因素感到不自在」、「設備太少」、與「不喜歡和別人互動」之阻礙。結論部分依分數最高之阻礙因素「場地擁擠」問題提出實務上的解決建議:(一)調整動線與器材配置(二)擴充場地(三)管控進場總人數(四)區隔尖峰時段。另外,本文發現,臺大健身中心健身之女性學生的社交需求並不高。最後提出對未來研究者與管理者的建議,包括健身參與及壓力間之關係研究及管理者於改善環境衛生的實務建議,期能協助改善女性學生參與健身運動之阻礙情形。

The purpose of this study was to investigate obstacles of female students using school gym. Conduct a questionnaire survey through random sampling. The subjects of this study were female students of National Taiwan University using school gym. Seventy-seven questionnaires were returned (95.2%). This study Based on the three facets of Leisure Constraints published by Crawford and Godbey (1987) as measurement and analysis architecture. And analyzing data using descriptive statistics, independent-sample t test, Project analysis, Factor analysis. The results of this study showed that (1) Structural constraints and Intrapersonal constraints were two mainly facets affect female students whether going to school gym. (2) Between the structural constraints, "too many people" and "too crowded" were significant facts. (3) Compared to lower constraints group, higher constraints group easier affected by "feeling uncomfortable cause others", "too little equipment" , "don't like interacting with people".
