淺談彼拉提斯在保齡球運動訓練上的運用

摘要


本研究目的主要針對彼拉提斯在保齡球運動訓練上的運用做探討。利用文獻探討的方式彙整彼拉提斯與保齡球運動之相關書籍與文獻,並且進行討論。結果發現許多受試者在接受彼拉提斯訓練後,腹背屈伸肌力、坐姿體前彎、屈膝仰臥起坐與指尖觸地柔軟度等表現皆有顯著進步,因此可證明彼拉提斯確實有提升肌力、肌耐力、柔軟度、平衡感、身體協調能力等之功效。另外,保齡球運動員所應具備的運動能力包含肌力、肌耐力、爆發力、柔軟性、協調性、放鬆、敏捷性、平衡、時機與集中力等也正好與彼拉提斯運動能夠提升的能力相互吻合。因此本研究初步推論,透過彼拉提斯訓練可加強投擲保齡球時所需的各項體能要素,進而提升保齡球運動表現。

The main purpose of this study was to discuss Pilates on the use of bowling training. The methodology of document research was proceeded to gather books and literatures relating Pilates and bowling and then to discuss. After the comprehensive literature review we found the many subjects' performance of strengths of flexing & extending muscles of abdomen and back, sit-and-reach test, sit-up test and flexibility test using fingertip to touch ground would progress significantly after they accepted Pilates training. Therefore, Pilates training could increase the performance of strength, muscle endurance, flexibility, the sense of equilibrium and body coordination certainly. Moreover, the abilities which were needed by bowling players including strength, muscle endurance, power, flexibility, coordination, relaxing, agility, balance, timing and concentration were matched by the abilities which could be promoted by Pilates training. Hence, we inferred initially that bowling performances of players could be promoted by the Pilates training due to athletic abilities of bowling could be increased by Pilates training.
