摘要

全球創業觀察研究的調查顯示，創業家對於新事業未來的成長期待（Growth Expectation），要顯著的高於企業家對於企業未來的成長期待。本研究針對參與早期創業活動的台灣創業家，探討創業家個人特徵、創業環境、創業態度與抱負等構面變數對於創業成長期帶的影響。我們由2010至2011年間台灣GEM調查資料取得的4013筆成年人樣本資料進行分析，找出那些具有高成長期待創業活動的特徵，並進一步探討在早期創業活動階段，台灣創業家成長期待的辨話，以及影響成長期待便話的關鍵因素。本研究成果將有助於便是具有高成長期待創業家群體以及早期創業活動的特徵，並自理論與實務觀點，提出催升高成長新創企業的政策建議。

Global Entrepreneurship Monitor's (GEM) data results showed that the growth expectation of entrepreneurs were significant higher than business managers. This study focused on the entrepreneurs which in early stage entrepreneurial activity in Taiwan, and discussed the relationships between growth expectation and their personal characteristics, entrepreneurial environment, attitudes, and aspiration. This paper analysed 4013 samples from GEM Taiwan Adult Population Survey (APS) database in the year of 2010 and 2011. We discussed the characteristics and antecedents of high growth expectation business in the early stage entrepreneurial activities. The results of this study help to recognize the candidates of high growth expectation entrepreneurs and their profiles. Finally, we concluded the suggestions for policy makers of how to incubate the high growth new start-ups from the theoretical and practical implications.
