臺灣海岸水文地貌棲地評估模式之建立

Model Development and Performance of Coastal Hydrogeomorphic Approach

摘要


本研究參考美國陸軍工程師團所開發適用於濕地的水文地貌法(Hydrogeomorphic Approach, HGM),依照臺灣海岸之特性,將其內容進行修改,建置臺灣海岸水文地貌棲地評估模式(Coastal Hydrogeomorphic Approach, CHGM),俾做為評估海岸環境棲地品質高低的根據。本研究以專家德爾菲法進行各因子內容建置之研討,特聘請海岸生態相關領域之專家學者,憑藉著其知識與經驗,研討模式內容修改之合適性。所建立完成之模式包括由10項棲地影響因子與4項棲地評價功能指標組成。本研究選擇臺灣屏東海岸做為應用和驗證的場所案例。將模式計算評估結果與專家現場直接觀察評估結果進行比較,其皮爾森相關係數(R)為0.90,顯示兩者間評估相當一致,此評估模式具有相當高的可信度。此海岸水文地貌模式的建立,可幫助對於不熟悉生態領域的工程人員,應用在工程規劃前後進行生態環境的快速評估。

The goal of Coastal Hydrogeomorphic Approach (CHGM) was build to serve as an assessment of the coastal environment according to the level of habitat quality. The model development was accorded with the characteristics of the coast of Taiwan, which followed the Hydrogeomorphic Approach (HGM) constructed from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Expert Delphi method, specially invited coastal ecology experts and scholars in related fields, was used to build the content and each factor. This approach was designed for rapid determination of difference and change in functional performance, which included ten habitat factors and four functional indexes.
