應用IS接受後持續採用模式探討即時通訊軟體持續使用意圖之實證研究

Adopting Post-Acceptance Model of IS Continuance to Explore the User Intention of Instant Message Software

摘要


隨著資訊科技的發展,智慧型手機越來越普及他,利用網路來進行網路通訊服務,未來將成為人們生活中的一部份。在未來科技的發展下,即時通訊軟體在新興通訊扮演著不可或缺的角色。本研究主要探討使用者對於即時通訊軟體的持續使用意圖,透過IS接受後持續採用模式作為研究架構,針對即時通訊軟體使用者進行網路問卷調查。經過有用性、確認、滿意度、持續使用意圖的假設後,分析的結果說明了確認對有用性、有用性對滿意度、確認對滿意度、有用性對持續使用意圖、滿意度對持續使用意圖,皆有正向顯著的影響。在本研究的最後,將對分析的結果給予評論並提出建議。

Because of the popularity of smartphones, people use the Internet for network communication services become a part of their everyday lives. In addition, instant messaging software plays a crucial role in mobile application. This study adopted a Post-Acceptance Model of IS Continuance to explored users' continuance intention in using instant messaging software. Data were collected by network questionnaire. After hypothesis testing, confirmation has positive impact on perceived usefulness, so is perceived usefulness on satisfaction, confirmation on satisfaction, perceived usefulness on continuance intentions, and satisfaction on continuance intention. Finally, recommendations and suggestions were made based on study findings.
