華醫運休系各年級學生休閒型態與運動參與現況之研究

A Study on the Status of Sports Participation and Leisure Patterns of the Department of Sport, Health and Leisure Students at Chung Hwa University of Medical Technology

摘要


本研究旨在探討不同年級學生與不同運動參與學生的休閒型態差異情形。以中華醫事科技大學休閒系172位(男105、女67)學生為研究對象進行問卷調查,以「運動參與」及「休閒型態」兩個量表為工具,採用的統計方法有驗證性因素分析與單因子多變量變異數分析等統計法處理後,研究結果發現:1.華醫運休象一年學生其喜好運動型態顯著高於四年級學生;而三年級學生外出旅遊型態則顯著高於二年學生(P<. 05)。2.每週運動2、3、4、5次的學生其喜好運動型態顯著高於每週運動一次以下的學生;每週運動3、5次的學生其喜好運動型態顯著高於每週運動一次的學生。3.每週運動61-90分鐘、91-120分鐘、121-150分鐘、3小時以上的學生其喜好運動型態顯著高於每週運動未滿30分鐘的學生;每週運動61-90分鐘、121-150分鐘、3小時以上的學生其喜好愛運動型態顯著高於每週運動31-60分鐘的學生。4.運動強度非常累的學生其喜好運動型態顯著高於運動強度非常輕鬆、很輕鬆、輕鬆、有點累的學生;運動強度非常累的學生其網路愛好型態顯著高於運動強度非常輕鬆的學生。

This study aimed to explore the difference of different grade and different sports participation on leisure patterns. The sample of the study mainly consisted of 172 participants (male students 105, female students 67) who are SHL students of Chung Hwa University of Medical Technology. The measure of this study consisted of sports participation and leisure patterns scales. Confirmatory factor analysis and one-way MANGVA were used to process data analysis. The findings from the study were as follows. 1. Preference in sports patterns, the first grade students were significantly higher than the fourth grade students in the SHL students of Chung Hwa University of Medical Technology. In travel patterns, the third grade students were significantly higher than the second grade students(P <.05). 2. Preference in sports patterns, the students exercise 2,3,4,5 times a week were significantly higher than once a week or less; 3 or 5 times a week were significantly higher than once a week. 3. Preference in sports patterns, the students exercise 61-90 minutes per week, 91-120 minutes, 121-150 minutes, 3 hours or more were significantly higher than 30 or less minutes per week. The students exercise 61-90 minutes per week, 91-120 minutes, 121-150 minutes, 3 hours or more were significantly higher than 31-60 minutes per week. 4. Preference in sports patterns, the very tired students whose exercise intensity were significantly higher than the very easy, easy, average and a little tired students. The very tired students whose exercise intensity were significantly higher than the very easy students in internet-loving patterns,.
