目標取向於教練領導行為與運動表現關係間之中介效果分析~以大學排球運動選手為例

An Analysis of the Mediation Effect of Goal Orientation between the Coach's Leadership Behavior and Sport Performance

摘要

本研究旨在探討目標取向在教練領導行為與運動表現關係間之中介效果，以130位(男51、女79)大學排球選手為對象進行調查研究，採用目標取向、教練領導行為與運動表現等量表為工具，經採描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子多變量變異數分析及階層迴歸分析等統計方法處理，顯著水準訂為α=.05。研究結果發現：1.目標取向在大學男子選手的教練領導行為與運動動表現之間並未扮演著中介效果。2.目標取向在女子排球選手的教練領導行為與運動表現之間扮演著完全中介效果。3.大學女子排球選手在知覺教練領導的「訓練與指導」表現上顯著高於男子排球隊選手(P＜.05)。4.大學男子排球選手在目標取向的「自我取向」構面的表現顯著高於女子選手。5.大學男子排球選手在自覺運動表現上顯著優於女子選手(p＜.05)。最後根據研究結果，提供各校排球教練與選手之參考，亦對後續研究者提出建議。

This study is aimed to explore the mediation effect of goal orientation between the coach's leadership behavior and sport performance. Participants were 130 college volleyball players (51males and 79 females) and the three data-collecting scales were about above-mentioned variables. The data were then analyzed statistically with descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, one-way MANOVA, and hierarchical regression analysis, etc., with level of significance α=.05. The research findings are as follows: 1. Goal orientation showed no mediation effect between coach's leadership behavior and sport performance; 2. Goal orientation displayed complete mediation effect between female volleyball players' scores in coach leadership behavior and sport performance; 3. College female volleyball players scored significantly higher than their male counterparts in ＂training and guidance＂ aspect in perceived coach's leadership (P＜.05). 4. College male volleyball players scored significantly higher than their female counterparts in ＂self orientation＂ aspect in goal orientation. 5. College male volleyball players scored significantly higher than their female counterparts in subjective sport performance (P＜.05).
