科系認同感、科系投入與職涯態度之探討-以科技大學醫管系為例

The Relationship among Department Identification, Engagement and Career Attitude - A Study of Students in Healthcare Administration at Technology Universities

摘要


本研究旨在探討醫管相關科系學生在科系認同感、科系投入以及職涯態度之關係。本研究以中南部三所科技大學醫管相關科系四技部之二至四年級學生為研究對象,有效問卷共計273份。研究結果顯示,不同性別在科系投入達顯著差異(p <.05),以男生高於女生;學生參加社團情形,分別在科系認同感、科系投入、職涯態度達顯著差異(p <.01),皆以有參加者高於無參加者。年級方面亦在科系認同感、科系投入、職涯態度達顯著差異(p <.01),事後檢定分析發現,皆以二年級大於三年級,以及二年級大於四年級。就讀學校方面則在科系投入、職涯態度達顯著差異(p <.01)。相關分析顯示,科系行政支援、行政人員的態度與溝通、教師的個人素質、教師的教學方式、教室設備與科系認同感達顯著相關;科系認同感、科系投入以及職涯態度達顯著相關。科系行政支援、行政人員的態度與溝通對科系認同感具正向的影響效果(p <.01);參加社團、每週上課時數、科系行政支援滿意度、科系認同感對科系投入具正向的影響效果(p <.05);科系認同感、科系行政支援滿意度、每週上課時數亦對職涯態度具正向的影響效果(p <.05)。本研究結果可提供後續研究及醫管相關科系規劃發展之參考。

The purpose of this study was to examine department identification, engagement and career attitude of the healthcare management students. A total of 273 healthcare management students were recruited as study participants. Results found that in terms of gender, there were significant differences between male and female students' engagement (p <.05). Join a club and second year of college students had a higher department identification, engagement and career attitude level. Significant differences between different schools students' engagement, career attitude (p <.01). Results of stepwise regression analysis showed that administrative support, communication and attitude of administration staff were a significant predictor of department identification (p <.01). Department identification has significantly correlated with engagement and career attitude. (p <.01). Moreover, join a club, study hours per week, administrative support satisfaction and department identification has significantly positive effects on engagement (p <.05). Study hours per week, administrative support satisfaction and department identification has significantly positive effects on career attitude (p <.05). Finally, based on the above results, the investigation proposed suggestions for future research as well as health care education practices.
