台灣紅豆杉心材成分研究(四)

Constitents of the Hesrtwood of Taiwan Yew Part IV. Isolation of 1,4-p-methanediol and 1-Dehydroxybaccatin-IV

摘要


再從事台灣紅豆杉心材成分單離及分析之結果,除了得到數種已發現之化合物長鏈烷、長鏈酯、β-sitosterol; taxusin; taxa-4(20), 11-diene-5α,9α,10β-diacetate; taxa-4(20), 11-diene-2α,5α,7β,10β-tetrol-5α,7β,10β-triacetate-2α-α- methylbutyrate; secoisolariciresinol及isotaxiresinol; 1-dehydroxybaccatin IV, (+)-dihydroquercetin,另外得到四種在台灣紅豆杉中未被發現之化合物,即d-sesamin; 4-hydroxy-sesamin; cis-terpin; 1,4-p-menthanediol,此化合物是第一次於天然物中分離出之化合物。

The components in heartwood of Taiwan Yew were investigated recently. In our reinvestigation of this plant, we found not only the compounds which were discovered: long chain alkanes, long chain esters, β-sitosterol, taxusin, taxa-4(20), 11-diene-5α, 9α, 10β, 13α-tetrol-9α, 10β-diacetate, taxa- 4(20), 11-eiene-2α, 5α, 7β, 10β-tetrol-5α, 7β,10β-triacetate-2α-α-methylbutyrate, secoisolariciresinol, isotaxiresinol, 1-dehydroxybaccatin 1V, (+)-dihydroquercetin, but also four other compounds, those are d-sesamin, 4-hydroxy sesamin, cis-terpin and 1,4-p-methanediol, the last compound as far as we are awared, has not yet been reported in natural products.
