掠射橢圓偏振譜學法研究苯胺的電聚合及聚合物的性質

Studies on Electrochemical Polymerization of Aniline and Properties of Polymer with Graze Ellipsometry

摘要


結合循環伏安法,使用掠射式橢圓偏振實驗技術現場研究了萃胺在酸性介質中的電聚合過程及其聚合物膜電極的電化學行為。苯胺電聚合過程中,其氧化、還原電位處的峰電流與對應電位處的掠射橢圓偏振參量Δ成正比,表明掠射橢圓偏極參量Δ的大小與電極表面生成的聚苯胺膜的厚度有關。利用掠射橢圓偏振參量Δ,φ描述聚苯胺膜電極在硫酸介質中的伏安行為取得了滿意結果,將反射橢圓偏振新參量Vop引入掠射式橢圓偏振法中,發現聚苯胺膜電極的Vop峰電位與電流峰電位一致,可用於描述電化學反應過程,進一步拓寬了掠射楠圓偏按譜學方法的應用。

Electrochemical polymerization of aniline in H_2SO_4 solution and J:roperties of polyaniline (PAN) have been studied with both in -situ graze ellipsometry and cyclic voltammetry. In the process of electro-polymerization, the current intensities at the oxidation and reduction peaks are proportional to the increment of ellipsometric parameter Δ. The mutation of Δ is corresponding to the thickness of PAN film. The electrochemical behavior of PAN film electrode can be described based on in -situ graze ellipsometri c parameters. Plot of the ellipsometric optical tracking rate (Vop) calculated from Δ and ψ vs. potenti al has revealed that peak of Vop and peak current of the electrochemical reaction appear at the same potential and this ellipsometric parameter (Vop) can be used to determine the electrochemical reaction sensitively.
