雙環[2.2.2]辛烯酮、鄰雙酮和芳香雜環駢桶烯之光化學

Photochemistry of Bicyclo[2.2.2]octenones, α-Diketones and Heteroaromatic-ring-fused Barrelenes

摘要


本回顧報告涵蓋作者在國立清華大學化學系服務期間有關有機光化學研究的部份成果,共分三部份:(1)雙環[2.2.2]辛烯酮之光化學,探討取代基對直接照光和光敏化反應的影響,以及利用掩飾鄰苯醌之Diels-Alder反應及oxa-di-π-methane(ODPM)重排反應為關鍵步驟在天然物全合成之應用。(2)鄰雙酮之光化學,探討雙鍵數目、苯駢效應,及環氧基之立體效應對鄰雙酮光去羰基反應之影響。(3)芳香雜環駢桶烯之光化學,研究芳香環、芳香雜環、取代基對桶烯光化學的影響。

This review article covers three main parts of the photochemical studies that have been carried out in the author's research group since he joined the Department of Chemistry, National Tsing Hua University. (1) The study of the photochemistry of bicyclo[2.2.2]octenones is emphasized on the substituent effects on the photochemical reactions initiated by direct irradiation and sensitization, and the utilization of the Diels-Alder reactions of masked o-benzoquinones and the oxa-di-π-methane rearrangements as the key steps in the total syntheses of natural products. (2) The photochemistry of α-diketones involves the investigation of the effect of numbers of unsaturation and the fused benzene ring, and the stereoelectronic effects of epoxides on the photodecarbonylation reactions. (3) The photochemistry of heteroaromaric-ring-fused barrelenes deals with the studies of the effects of the aromatic and heteroaromatic rings and the substituents on the competitive modes of the di-π-methane rearrangements.
