葡萄糖與尿酸酵素電極生物感測器

Glucose and Uric Acid Enzyme Electrode Biosensor

摘要


糖尿病為國內十大死亡病因之一,而高尿酸所引起的「痛風」症也極度困擾著許多人,故血液中的血糖值與尿酸值為健康檢查之必要項目,其檢測方法均採用電化學酵素感測電極。本文簡介電化學生物感測器,並針對葡萄糖及尿酸偵測的安培法電化學感測儀,予以原理及近期發展介紹,尤其聚焦於酵素固定化方法、氧化還原媒介物的使用、電極材質與研製及其未來發展的展望。

Diabetes is the domestic top ten deadly disease and gout induced by the hyperuricemia also causes troubles with many people. Therefore, blood glucose and blood uric acid are the required investigation items for health examination. The method used for investigating the blood sugar and uric acid is by enzymatic electrochemical biosensor. This review introduces the electrochemical biosensor, its principle, and the recent development of amperometric electrochemical meter for glucose and uric acid detection, particularly, focuses on the enzyme immobilization method, the usage of redox mediator, the fabrication and materials of electrode, and their future outlook.
