某科大護理系學生對學校健康中心使用需求與服務滿意度之探討

本研究採橫斷性調查，以某科技大學281位護理系學生為研究對象，以自填結構式問卷進行資料收集，目的為瞭解大學生對學校健康中心使用需求及服務滿意度的情形。研究結果顯示：(1)所有的學生皆曾使用學校健康中心所提供的服務，使用的動機主要為個人需要；(2)學校健康中心使用需求主要為身高、體重、體脂肪與血壓之測量；(3)學校健康中心診療服務使用需求主要為上呼吸道感染、經痛與頭痛；(4)學校健康中心的服務滿意度平均得分為2.58分(SD ± 0.75)，是介於「尚可」與「滿意」之間；(5)學校健康中心的使用需求和診療服務使用需求皆與服務滿意度無顯著相關。藉此研究瞭解學生對學校健康中心的使用需求與服務滿意度情形，以作為日後學校規劃健康中心之參考。

The aim of this study was to understand the student's needs of utilization and service satisfaction of school-based health center. This study was conducted with cross-sectional investigation, adopted 281students in a university as the subjects. Data were collected by a self-administered questionnaire. The results showed : (1) All students had utilized the services of school-based health center, the major of utilization motivation were personal needs. (2)The major of utilization needs were measure of body height, body weight, body fat and blood pressure. (3) The major of medical service needs were upper respiratory infection, dysmenorrhea and headache. (4) The average score of service satisfaction was 2.58(SD ± 0.75). (5)The correlation about school-based health center of utilization needs and medical service needs were no significant with service satisfaction. Through this study to understand the student's needs of utilization and service satisfaction of school-based health center, it can be useful for school reference in planning the school-based health center in the future.
