某區域教學醫院護理人員自我成長滿意度及影響因素探討

A study on the self-Growth of Clinical Nurses

摘要


自我成長(self-growth)或名自我實現(self-actualization)是一個人心靈的蛻變,期使個體達到自我實現之過程。本研究為一前驅性研究,旨在暸解某區域教學醫院護理人員自我成長之概況,並初步評估其影響因素。研究過程採用自擬之半開放性結構式問卷,由一位研究者親任訪員,採立意取樣,以該院之所有護理人員為研究對象,計得有效問卷為87份,因收率為100 %。資料經量化輸入電腦以SPSS/PC+執行Frequencies、Means、Regression等統計,結果得知36 - 46歲者自我成長分數較高、男性之自我成長分數較女性高、有執照者之自我成長分數較無執照者高、有參加過訓練課程者之自我成長分數較未參加過者高、臨床工作年資10年以上者較其他組高、是否在外地居住過其自我成長分數無甚麼差別、影響護理人員自我成長之主要因素為自己的適應力差,呈顯著性正相關。

This was a prior investigation. The purpose of this study was to understand the self-growth status of the nurses at one regional hospital in the east of Taiwan. The samplw size was 87. The collected deta was analysised with SPSS/PC+ and revealed that (1)the people such as 36-46 years old、male、owning licence、benning taken a trken a traning course、working over 10 years had high self-growth status than others.
