故事媽媽生涯轉換歷程之探究

摘要

本文主要是探究故事媽媽經由培訓過程後參與為孩子說故事活動的服務學習，並經由說故事與孩子們交流互動，同時藉由學習過程中與社團成員的相互支持與鼓勵，讓原本留在家庭中的婦女，逐漸產生自覺，在孩子長大後，重新思索生涯轉換並實踐。本研究以文獻探討、個案研究為研究方法，經由半結構訪談搜集資料。經整理分析後有如下發現：（一）子女進入學校後，常造成婦女產生認同危機，此時對婚姻的滿足降低，會轉而尋求自我實現的新資源。（二）步入中年之後，對於自我的期望，透過社會性社團的接觸，感受到自我能力的發揮、自我意識隨著社會服務而擴大。（三）以自我為導向，對自己的工作深具信心而能勝任者，將使生活獲得很大的滿足與成就感。（四）生命歷程中，現在所經歷的，都將會是為下階段所做的準備。

This article mainly explores the service learning of story mothers who participate in storytelling activities for their children after the training process, and communicate and interact with children through storytelling. Through the mutual support and encouragement with the members of the community in the learning process, the women who originally remained in the family gradually became self-awareness. As their child grows older, they rethink their career transitions and practice. This study employs literature discussion and case studies as the research methods, and collects data through semi-structured interviews. After reviewing and analyzing the literature, the author has obtained the following findings: (1) After children go to school, the mothers usually have a crisis of women's identity, at which time the satisfaction with marriage is reduced, and they will turn to new resources for self-realization. (2) In the period of middle age, these mothers, with the expectation of self, through the contact of social associations, feel the exertion of self-ability and expansion of self-awareness through social services. (3) These women lead a life with self-oriented and deep confidence in their own work, and will make their life a great sense of satisfaction and achievement. (4) In the course of life, what is experienced now will be the preparation for the next stage in the future.
