國中小學校護理人員執行性教育影響因子之研究—以南部某縣市為例

A Study of Factors for Elementary and Junior High School Nurses in Teaching Sexual Education- A Case of Certain County in Southern Taiwan

摘要


本研究目的在探討高雄市國民中、小學校護執行性教育影響因子,以高雄市315所公立國中、小校護為研究對象,採橫斷式調查研究法,以結構式問卷為研究工具,運用郵寄問卷方式進行資料收集,共計回收有效問卷248份,回收率78.73%。重要結果歸納如下:一、研究對象的性知識屬高等程度。二、研究對象的性態度相當正向。三、學校的配合度、推動性教育的認知整體而言,校護在執行性教育教學活動時,學校的各項配合度是高的,有八成以上是持肯定態度的;其中,有88.3%的校護執行性教育時曾採取詳細的規劃;93.2%的校護認為執行性教育教學活動的評值是有效的;在執行性教育教學活動時,認為學校的態度是支持的校護也有93.1%;另外,在推動性教育工作時,都可得到學校資源的校護有87%;最後,認為參加性教育在職教育及訓練,可以提升性教育準備度的高達98%。四、影響校護性教育執行的因子班級數及校護之人口學變項,如:校護年齡、教育程度、校護年資、公衛年資、學校配合度、推動性教育的認知、性態度,均是影響校護執行性教育的相關因素。

The purpose of this thesis was to investigate enforced educational factors of school nurses in junior high schools and elementary schools in Kaohsiung City. The subjects of this study are from three hundred and fifteen school nurses in Kaohsiung public junior high and elementary schools. The study adopts cross-sectional survey, and structured interview as a study tool. Then, use Mail-questionnaire method to collect information. The numbers of the total effective questionnaires are two hundred and forty-eight and its response rate is 78.73%. The important results as following: 1. The sexual knowledge of research subject belongs to high level education. 2. The sexual attitudes of this study subject are quite positive. 3. The coordination and cognition of advancing sexual education in schools. On balance, when school nurses execute sexual education as teaching activities, the inclination of coordination of schools in all aspects is high, and almost 80 % of them have positive attitude. Among them, 88.3 % of the school nurses used to adopt detailed proposals, and 93.2% of the school nurses think the effects of executing sexual education as teaching activities are valid, 93.1 % of the school nurses think the attitude of schools tend to support school nurses' sexual education, 87% of the school nurses can get the resources from schools. Finally, up to 90% think joining the workshops or the trainings can improve the preparation of sexual education. 4. The factors influencing school nurses' sexual education execution. The class numbers in school and the school nurses' demography variables such as school nurses' ages, educational background, working year, sanitary seniority, the coordination of schools, the cognition of advancing sexual education, and sexual attitude. All of them are the relative factors to influxes the school nurses' on executing sexual education.
