戰爭哲學理念在軍人武德中的體現與實踐

摘要

一、戰爭哲學的研究與闡述是研究戰爭中一個歷久彌新的議題，不因時空因素的改變而影響其價值。戰爭哲學的研究以正反合辯證邏輯思維為方法，藉由對戰爭哲學「生與死」、「仁與忍」、「常與變」、「戰爭與和平」之基本理念中所建立的辯證邏輯關係，發展出戰爭體、相、用的內涵，並從軍人武德的實踐與領導統御的行動中予以體現戰爭哲學之重要與價值。二、軍人武德必須透過品德教育的型塑、自我修持與實踐來獲得；而涵蘊領導藝術的關鍵性因素則為忠誠、信任與尊重專業。三、本論文之結論有二：(一)戰爭哲學乃戰爭科學和兵學致用之本，其效用在於認識戰爭與指導戰爭；(二)領導藝術以科學為準據，哲學為涵泳，其運用之妙存乎一心。
