我國步兵正規班教育之精進與未來規劃

摘要

鑑於時代之推移以及科技之進步，現代國防武器也因應科技發展之變化而產生大幅度之改變，進而啟動軍事變革，如今21 世紀的戰爭強調以整合C4ISR指管系統能力為主體，有別於過去機械化之裝備，先進資訊設備及精準武器將主導及影響戰爭勝負。隨著武器裝備性能的提升，亦影響戰術戰法的改變，軍官正規班進修教育亦應循序調整，才能與時俱進符合現代戰爭趨勢。畢竟，人才是決定戰場勝負的關鍵因素，而軍官兵科正規班進修教育，其教育任務及目標在培育國軍初、中階幹部，為國軍軍事教育體系主要階段。本研究試以步兵正規教育為研究主題，並以美國步兵高級正規班課程內容作為對照，探討步兵正規教育能否汲取精華而作課程之調整？抑或訂定更加契合之課程設計，期能對未來幹部於進修結業後，本職學能及素養有所提升精益求精。

In view of the times of development as well as the technical progress in the time, the modern national defense weapon also has the large scale change in accordance to the technical development, then the start military transforms, now the 21st century wars all fight by the information primarily, is different with equipment the mechanized to frequent each other in the broad battlefield, the advanced information equipment will lead the war the victory and defeat. Along with the weaponry performance promotion, affects the tactical tactical rules indirectly the change, if so, the foundation military officer regular education also inevitably will have the adjustment, will be able to keep pace with the times and to conform to tendency of the modern warfare. After all, the talented person is decides the battlefield victory and defeat the key aspect, therefore the military officer foundation regular education is an important link. Therefore this infantry regular education is the research subject, and takes the comparison by the American infantry high-level regular class curriculum content, whether discusses the infantry regular education to derive the essence to make adjustment the curriculum? Or tries another method the choice even more to agree with the curriculum to design
