台灣藝術市場變遷下美術社會現象演進與變化之研究（1990-2000年）

1980－ 2000 年代是台灣藝術市場的高峰期，也是台灣美術社會發展的黃金時期，此際，台灣美術社會成員的活動與之前相較顯得十分熱絡，各種美術創作、藝術語彙出現前所未有的盛況，可以百花齊放形容。然而觀察台灣美術社會之發展，實與當時台灣藝術經濟之變遷有密切關係。經濟是藝術發展的前提似乎是不容置遺疑的， 1980－ 2000 年間，倘若台灣的美術社會欠缺藝術經濟的推波助瀾，則吾人相信，台灣豐富多元的美術社會或將無法獲致如此迅速之發展。本文探討的策展人熱潮、公共藝術、裝置藝術、多媒體創作及當時環境的回應，如鐵道藝術網絡、藝術活動節慶化現象、營利/非營利機構及藝文期刊的消長等，都是台灣美術社會發展中，主要出現於1990 年代的重要內涵之一，並且是還在發展中的現象，然對照今日彼等現象之後續發展，已更趨成熟理性，這是時間與經驗之積累，但其濫觴則與台灣藝術市場之變遷應居關鍵因素。

During the years from the 1980 to 2000, Taiwan's art market reached to its peak. It was also the golden age of the development of Taiwan's society of art. During this period, many artists appeared to be very active in this society of art. Artistic creativities and artistic languages seemed to reach an unprecedented development and flourishing. However, after observing, we found that the development of Taiwan's artistic society was then closely related with the changes in Taiwan's economy growth of art. No doubt is that economy as the prerequisite of development of art. If Taiwan's artistic society lack of the fuel of artistic economy, we believed that the Taiwan's art society could not reach to such a prosperous development. In this article, what I try to search is that, such as curator boom, public art, installation art and multimedia creation are all important meanings for the development of art society in Taiwan. Furthermore, comparing present and past of the developing phenomena of art, nowadays, the follow-up development of the above phenomena become more mature and rational. Indeed, it credited the accumulation of time and experiences, yet, the origin involved with the changes of Taiwan's art market which was a key factor of the phenomena.
