儀式型動作對籃球罰球線投籃準確性與心跳率之影響

The Effect of the Basketball Free Shooting Pre-performance Routines on High Grade Elementary School Students' Accuracy and Heart Rate

摘要


本研究之目的在探討儀式型動作對籃球罰球線投籃準確性與心跳率之影響。研究方法採取實驗性研究法,分為預備性研究和正式研究,預備性研究為確認實驗參與者的學習週數;正式實驗以國小未受過儀式型動作教學課程之六年級男童40 名為實驗參與者,採立意取樣將兩組分成實驗組(年齡11.6±0.3 歲)與控制組(年齡11.6±0.3 歲)各20 名。實驗組接受籃球罰球線投籃儀式型動作教學課程為期5週,控制組接受一般籃球罰球線投籃教學課程。以混合設計二因子、混合設計三因子變異數分析進行考驗。結果發現:一、不同組別(F=5.14, p< .05)與不同測驗時間(F=7.83, p< .05)對籃球罰球線投籃準確性有顯著的影響,不同組別與不同測驗時間對籃球罰球線投籃準確性無交互作用關係存在(F=0.35, p> .05);二、不同秒數別對籃球罰球線投籃心跳率有顯著的影響(F=50.31, p< .05),不同組別(F=0.53, p> .05)與不同測驗時間(F=1.19, p> .05)對籃球罰球線投籃心跳率無顯著的影響,不同組別、不同測驗時間及不同秒數別對籃球罰球線投籃心跳率無交互作用關係存在(F=6.34, p> .05)。結論:國小六年級男童在接受儀式型動作教學後對罰球線投籃準確性有顯著的正向提升;而罰球投籃前心跳率則會有減速的情形,而影響因素還有待日後進一步研究。

The purpose of the study was to examine the effect of the basketball free shooting pre-performance routines(PPR) on high grade elementary school students' accuracy and heart rate. Pre-experiment and formal experiment were applied in the study to follow an experimental research model. The pre-experiment was to confirm their learning weeks. While in the formal experiment, these untrained participates, 40 grade-six elementary school students, were divided into two groups according to their pre-test. They were experimental group (average age: 11.6±0.3 years) and control group (average age: 11.6±0.3 years). Participates in experimental group and control group received a five-week basketball free shooting lesson. However, only experimental group participants received the training of basketball free shooting PPR. A two-way ANOVA , and a three-way ANOVA were utilized to analyze the data ( pretest and posttest ). The findings of this study were presented as the following: 1. There was a significant effect of different groups(experimental group and control group, F=5.14, p< .05) and different tests(pre-test and post-test, F=7.83, p< .05) for basketball free shooting accuracy. 2. There was a significant difference of different seconds (from pre-10sec to post-3sec, F=50.31, p< .05) for heart rate during basketball free shooting executive stage. The conclusions is that PPR has significant positive increase influence on high grade elementary school students' basketball free shooting accuracy.
