An Experiment Teaching of Seniors exercise: An Example of Learning Sports Associative Play

Objective: This study aimed to explore the impact of Seniors exercise of community-based institutions as the object of implementation, with a total of 12 people. (1) Teaching design and understanding of the implementation of multi-care group activities for the elderly in the community. In this study, the evaluation of the Elderly Mood Index Scale and the results of 12 activity observation records and member interviews were used to analyze its effectiveness. Conclusion: This study involved 100 elderly people in the community, who were randomly assigned to the experimental group using the nature of group health education to take pre- and post-tests, and the control group of traditional health education for teaching. Before and after the study, the "Dong Foundation Mood Index Scale" and the "Frailty Assessment" of the National Health Department of the Ministry of Health and Welfare were used for pre- and post-testing. Exercise intervention significantly improved emotional symptoms. The average mood index increased by 56% and 80%. Evaluation items such as sitting and standing test average 6 times/1 group/day, improve 10 times/3 groups/day, stand for 10 seconds after positioning in the balance test, 10 times/1 group/day increase 10-20 seconds, 20 times/3 group/day. Expected contribution: As the elderly grow older, their physical functions and degeneration will occur. This course is expected to allow the elderly in the community to integrate sports into the elderly movement through rhythmic movements, simple muscle strength training and the use of the "Vital and Happy Feet" which is the nature of group health. , to prevent the degeneration of muscle strength and function, and to promote the lower limb muscle endurance function and response through interactive games, to enhance the variability of the content of the stronghold courses, and then to enhance the interaction between the elders, to create a warm and dynamic class atmosphere, and to move each other. In addition, , the results of this study can be used as a reference for the long-term care 2.0 plan to promote the prevention and delay of disability innovation policies. Through the design and intervention of more silver-haired group health and elderly activities, it will help delay the occurrence of cognitive degradation and dementia, and help the elders Happy to be old without losing your mind, the research results can provide a reference for health promotion policies for the elderly in Taiwan.
