摘要

经济的飞速发展，城镇人口规模的扩大，将城市的承载能力推上了极限，加上我国近几年日益增加的大学毕业生人数，造成了城市就业压力过大的局面。大学生思维活跃、创造力强，又具备专业知识与技能，尤其是本科毕业生这一群体，年龄结构与知识能力结构在劳动力群体中比较占优势，但普遍找不到自己心仪的工作，就业难已经成为社会热切关注的问题。为了提升大学生就业率，尤其是缓解本科毕业生就业的严峻形势，实现大学生的创业理想，政府十分重视并支持大学生创业，每年根据实际情况更新大学生创业政策。虽然取得了一些成果，但创业率依然低，创业过程困难重重。本文是从政策实施的角度，对我国本科毕业生创业进行的研究。

The booming development of economy, the expansion of the population of city and the increasing graduates have challenged the city's ability of providing enough positions. Graduates from university are active on mind, creative and occupied with professional knowledge and skills. Especially graduates of bachelor who have advantages in both age and knowledge normally cannot get their dream jobs. The difficulty of getting a job has become to an issue which the whole society focuses on. In order to relieve the employment pressure, to give graduates more opportunities, the government has issued some policies to encourage graduates to start their own business. Although some achievements are made, the rate of entrepreneurs is still low. This article will study on graduate's entrepreneurs from the perspective of policy implement.
