摘要
錯構瘤（hamartoma）是一種良性病灶，大部分不會造成症狀，少部分的腫瘤會長在氣管內，造成氣管阻塞的相關症狀。影像學上以爆米花狀鈣化為典型表現。治療方式包括傳統開刀以及內視鏡治療。預後良好，治療完成後復發率低。
