摘要
氣管內纖維上皮息肉為一種少見的良性腫瘤。治療通常為支氣管鏡切除，切除後復發率低。本篇陳述一名62歲男性，臨床上無症狀，於常規胸腔電腦斷層意外發現支氣管內腫瘤。經支氣管鏡雷射切除後，診斷為良性纖維上皮息肉。
