以期望差異理論探討陸客遊憩衝突與調適行為關係之研究

台灣在開放大陸觀光後，使得大陸遊客來台人數持續上升。日月潭風景區為大陸遊客來台熱門景點，在實際體驗後是否產生衝突感受是管理單位相當重視的議題之一。本研究基於期望差異理論，探討大陸遊客於實際體驗後與期望之差異、遊憩衝突及調適行為之關係，作為日後日月潭相關單位在遊客管理與遊憩環境規劃之參考，以提高大陸遊客來台的觀光遊憩品質。本研究利用結構式問卷，經實地訪問獲得294份有效樣本，分析結果顯示：1.與期望之差異顯著負向影響遊憩衝突，亦即與期望落差越大，衝突感受越大。2.大陸遊客之遊憩衝突對調適行為無顯著影響。

The numbers of Chinese tourists coming to Taiwan have continued to rise after allowing Chinese to visit Taiwan. Sun Moon Lake is a popular tourism site for Chinese visitors, but that is also one of the considerably important topics whether feeling conflict after their experiences for administrant. The study would base on discrepancy theory to explore the relationship of the discrepancy with expectations after experiencing, recreation conflicts and coping behaviors. The information can be referred for Sun Moon Lake administrant to do for visitor management and recreation environmental planning, and that will enhance the quality of tourism for Chinese tourists. A total of 294 valid samples were obtained in the study by structured questionnaires, and the results of study showed that: 1) The discrepancy with expectations affected significantly and negatively recreation conflicts, and that means when we feel more disappointed, the conflicts will become much large. 2) Recreation conflicts affected no significantly coping behaviors in china tourists.
