利用3D列印製作假體測量雙能量X光吸收分析儀之準確度與精密度

The Use of 3D Printing Phantom for the Accuracy and Precision by DXA

摘要


利用目前熱門3D列印技術製作假體,測量雙能量X射線吸收儀(Dual- X-ray Absorptionmetry, DXA)之準確度及精密度。使用Solidworks 2015軟體繪製假體,經由PorJet X60 3D列印機輸出,輸出材料為類石膏硫酸鈣粉末(CaSO_4)。假體於NORLAND廠牌三台不同型號DXA (以下簡稱N-1 DXA、N-2 DXA、N-3 DXA)下掃描十次,測量結果依準確度誤差與變異細數及95%信賴區間加以分析。電子磅秤測得假體總重為173.97±0.08g,體積為112cm^3,CaSO_4含量約為106.4g,於N-1 DXA測得假體BMC準確度誤差為1.33%, 變異係數(Coefficient of Variance, CV)為0.28%;N-2 DXA測得BMC準確度誤差為1.29%,C.V.值為0.16%;N-3 DXA測得BMC準確度誤差為0.34%,C.V.值為0.18%,三台儀器測量數值之95%信賴區間之上、下限差距極小,表示儀器測量準確度相當優異。另外測量數值標準差極小,可知儀器之精密度相當良好,依盒鬚圖表現得知三台儀器精密度表現優異。儀器之準確度與精密度高低與否影響著病患檢測數值的正確性,誤差可能來自於儀器是否每日校正及定期保養,操作人員是否具備相關知識及儀器操作之熟練度等。3D列印技術被稱之為第三次工業革命,目前正廣泛應用於外科手術模擬導板、植牙手術導板等,希望利用技術製作更精密假體用於儀器品保方面。

Currently 3D printing technology is very popular, we can create a phantom for dual-energy x-ray absorptiometry (Dual-X-ray Absorptionmetry, DXA) for accuracy and precision. Using Solidworks 2015 software to draw the phantom via PorJet X60 3D printer outputs with gypsum calcium sulphate powder (CaSO4). The output in three different types of phantom (hereinafter referred to as N-1, DXA, N-2, DXA, N-3 DXA) applied in NORLAND DXA; scan ten times for each, then according to the accuracy of the measurement recorded and analyzed. Digital scales showed the total weight is 173.97 ± 0.08g volume is 112cm3, CaSO4 about 106.4g, N-1 BMC content of 107.810 ± 0.304g, accuracy error is 1.33% variable count (Coefficient of Variance, CV) is 0.28%; N-2 BMC content of 107.760 ± 0.169g, accuracy error is 1.29%, CV is 0.16%; N-3 BMC content of 106.760 ± 0.191g, accuracy error is 0.34%, CV value is 0.18% and 95% above the confidence interval of three measurements, within an acceptable level, stands for the excellent accuracy with the machine measurement. Since the standard deviation is small, box plot shows that the three instruments' performance very good. Accuracy and precision of the instrument may impact on patient examination correctness, don't blame the error caused by "instrument" or "man-made", we should figure out the real problem. 3D printing technology, be called the third industrial revolution, is now widely used in surgical simulation and dental implant surgical guides, this technology can be developed more sophisticated phantoms for quality assurance in future.
