摘要

本文旨在探討樂活觀之政治思想基礎，藉由文獻整理呈現其核心意涵。質言之，「樂活」的核心概念即為「健康」與「永續」，前者指涉個體健康，後者指涉總體健康，兩者關係密不可分。然而樂活觀念與政治思想有何關聯？證諸中西政治哲學，樂活相關概念散見重要經典著作，顯見政治思想家早已將建構樂活社會，視為國家發展之重要政治目標，但是直至二十世紀，藉由樂活族的生活實踐，所謂「樂活觀」方能形成一統整性的概念。

This paper aims to explore political ideologies of LOHAS by means of literature study. In essence, the core concept of ＂ LOHAS ＂is ＂health ＂and＂ sustainability ＂, while the former refers to individual health; the latter, overall health, and the relationship of both are inseparable. However, what are the connections between LOHAS and political ideologies？Reviewing the Chinese and Western political philosophies, one may find out relative concepts of LOHAS already scattered in important classic works. It is obvious that political thinkers have already regarded the establishment of LOHAS societies as an important political goal of national development. However, the integrated concepts of LOHAS had not come into existence until twentieth Century except through the practice of LOHAS people in their life.
