摘要

2020年10月美國蘋果公司（Apple）發表iPhone12智慧手機，正式宣告全世界進入5G高速通訊的時代。可預期的是5G通訊技術將對人類的生活、工作逐漸展現影響。就製造業來說，在高速通訊與運算的趨勢下，可以快速蒐集、整合從設計到服務流程的各種數據，制定生產策略支援即時決策，達到Time to Market 的理想目標。「高速通訊與運算時代下的智慧製造商機」，將論述5G將加持5A的發展，5A分別指的是，AMR（Autonomous Mobile Robot, 自主移動機器人）、AGV（Automated Guided Vehicle, 無人搬運車）、AOI（Automated Optical Inspection, 自動光學檢測）、AR（Augmented Mixed Reality, 擴增實境）、AIOT（AI+IOT, 工業物聯網），而5A會協助產業發展智慧製造，特別是自主移動機器人（AMR）和自動光學檢測（AOI）。

In October 2020, Apple announced its iPhone12 smart phone; officially declare that the world has entered the era of 5G high-speed communication. It can be expected that 5G communication technology will gradually affect human life and work style. As far as the manufacturing industry is concerned, under the trend of high-speed communication and computing, it is possible to quickly collect and integrate various data from design to service processes, formulate production strategies to support real-time decision-making, and achieve the ideal goal of Time to Market. In this article, ways for the 5G to support the developments of 5A will be discussed. 5A refers to AMR (Autonomous Mobile Robot), AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle), AOI (Automated Optical Inspection), AR (Augmented Mixed Reality), AIOT (AI+IOT, Industrial Internet of Things), and 5A will assist the industry in developing smart manufacturing, especially autonomous mobile robots (AMR) And automatic optical inspection (AOI).
