臺灣運動場館與社區連結關係之探討

摘要

伴隨各種休閒運動的盛行，健身與運動風氣的帶動下，近年來不但成功提高民眾的運動意願，更帶動全民運動習慣的普及。2020年調查發現全臺參與運動人口比率高達82.3%，運動場館發展相關的研究如場館規劃、經營管理、滿意度與現況分析開始受到探討與重視。而本研究從臺灣運動場館與社區雙方之互動的角度切入，透過相關文獻回顧、分析與彙整，從臺灣運動場館的源起、發展現況及運動場館社區化的角度，探討運動場館與社區間的連結、互動關係。研究發現臺灣運動場館的社區化與社區連結關係的發展，可從建立社區連結關係、提供多元運動休閒服務、整合社區各方資源帶動運動休閒推廣，以及連結社區公衛照護提供居民社福資源等不同面向發揮影響力。後續提出研究建議，可針對運動場館與社區互動現況、情感面向、居民參與體育策略與當地體育發展之關係等進行深入探討研究。希望透過本研究，對運動場館的發展貢獻微薄之力，並供後續相關運動場館研究人員探討之參酌。

With the prevalence of various leisure sports, and driven by fitness and sports, in recent years, it has not only succeeded in increasing the people's willingness to exercise, but also promoted the popularization of national sports habits. The 2020 survey found that the proportion of the population participating in sports in Taiwan is as high as 82.3%. Research related to the development of sports venues, such as venue planning, operation management, satisfaction and current situation analysis, has begun to be discussed and valued. This research starts from Taiwan's sports venues and communities. From the perspective of the interaction between the two sides, through the review, analysis and compilation of relevant literature, the connection and interaction between sports venues and communities will be explored from the perspective of the origin, development and communization of sports venues in Taiwan. The study found that the communitization of sports venues in Taiwan and the development of community connection relations can be different from the establishment of community connection relations to provide multiple sports and leisure services, integration of community resources to drive sports and leisure promotion, and community public health care to provide residents' social welfare resources. Subsequent research suggestions can be made to conduct in-depth research on the current situation of interaction between sports venues and communities, emotional orientation, and the relationship between residents' participation in sports strategies and local sports development. It is hoped that through this research, we will make a meager contribution to the development of sports venues and provide consideration for subsequent discussions by related sports venues researchers.
