Because of the climate anomaly, people spent more attention to environmental protection, and our government is actively promoting many measures and policies. One of these is the smart meter. Based on the open data provided by the government and collection of relevant literature, we explain the difference between the traditional meter and the smart meter how the time price is calculated. Combined with electricity data, we analyze by R with the power consumption has been used, and finally combined with the temperature observed with the relationship between electricity consumption.
