論組織溝通精進軍中管理之道

摘要

一、軍中亦為組織一環，若能取徑企業管理理念，運用於軍中管理，將能達到事半功倍之效，更會增進人際關係和諧性，營造出積極效率的工作環境。二、隨著新新人類進入軍中，每人的理念與意見均成分歧，領導者若能有效利用組織溝通針對分歧意見與理念進行雙向溝通，統一觀念，進而有效率遂行任務。三、溝通是組織的原動力，沒有溝通，組織就無法健全發展；唯有透過良好的溝通，可以使軍中人員瞭解自己在組織中的角色和定位，提供管理者在決策和執行工作時的參考依據。四、隨著時代變遷，軍人角色也慢慢轉變，加上配合精實案、精進案與精粹案實施，造成組織形態調整，是否也會造成組織溝通產生窒礙之處，若能發揮組織溝通效能，將能有效率完成任務。

All the missions can be complete efficiently if the organization communication works.
