論組織溝通精進軍中管理之道

摘要


一、軍中亦為組織一環,若能取徑企業管理理念,運用於軍中管理,將能達到事半功倍之效,更會增進人際關係和諧性,營造出積極效率的工作環境。二、隨著新新人類進入軍中,每人的理念與意見均成分歧,領導者若能有效利用組織溝通針對分歧意見與理念進行雙向溝通,統一觀念,進而有效率遂行任務。三、溝通是組織的原動力,沒有溝通,組織就無法健全發展;唯有透過良好的溝通,可以使軍中人員瞭解自己在組織中的角色和定位,提供管理者在決策和執行工作時的參考依據。四、隨著時代變遷,軍人角色也慢慢轉變,加上配合精實案、精進案與精粹案實施,造成組織形態調整,是否也會造成組織溝通產生窒礙之處,若能發揮組織溝通效能,將能有效率完成任務。
