台灣專業型宅配公司個案之比較研究

A Comparative Case Study of Taiwan Professional Home-delivery Company

摘要


由於現今生活、消費型態的改變與電子商務的興起,衍生出對宅配龐大的需求。而宅配乃是透過營運司機貼心的服務,將顧客所託付的包裹快速且安全的交付至顧客所指定的地點,是一種精緻化的高優質配送服務。本研究有鑑於台灣宅配公司在面對目前具有成長潛力且仍有進步空間的宅配市場,以及在國內對於宅配的經營策略、技術與資源不夠成熟、完善的相關研究下,採用SWOT分析來進行研究,並透過電子郵件之詢問、相關報導之收集與網路搜尋,蒐集SWOT分析所需之初級資料。首先,本研究整理出各家宅配公司之利弊點。其次,再依據SWOT之分析,分析各家宅配公司之優勢、劣勢、機會與威脅情形。最後總結出宅配業在台灣之現況與透過SWOT之分析,並提出對各家宅配公司之建議。

Due to the rapid change of modem life and consuming behavior and the rise of use of e-commerce, which has derived the great demand of home delivery service. Home delivery service is a kind of customized service to deliver parcel to right customer to right place at the right time. This research has recognized the great market potential of home delivery service but lack of researches on management strategies. By using "SWOT" analysis, this research has attempted to collect questionnaires by e-mail and related secondary data. Firstly, and analysis of strengths and weaknesses of several home delivery service companies is conducted. Secondly, base on the above mentioned "SWOT" analysis, a further analysis of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of each of home delivery company, which is operating in Taiwan market. Finally, by summarizing the development of history of Japan and Taiwan home delivery service, a recommendation will be given to each Taiwan home delivery service company.
