Organizational Reform of the Executive Yuan: A Brief Review and the Selection of Related Archives

摘要

行政院自民國17年成立以來，其組織迭經變動。民國76年開始研修「行政院組織法」，從此展開將近四分之一世紀的組織改造工程。民國99年「組改四法」三讀通過，確立新的行政院組織架構，並自今（101）年1月起開始施行。為徵集這段期間的相關檔案，檔案管理局就總統府等6個組織改造推動機關進行檔案審選。本文一方面回顧行政院組織改造歷程，一方面介紹檔案審選相關作業。

Since its establishment in 1928, the Executive Yuan (Cabinet) of the Republic of China has undergone several changes in organizational structure. The amendments to the Organizational Act of the Executive Yuan, starting from 1987, marked the beginning of the roughly quarter-century Organizational Reform Project. A new organizational structure of the Executive Yuan has established after the passage of the ＂four organizational reform laws,＂ and has been effective from January 2012. For the acquisition of the organizational reform-related archives, the National Archives Administration of the ROC made an effort to select archives in 6 key government agencies. This article reviews the process of the organizational reform and introduces the practices of the selection of related archives.
