「荷蘭手冊」之源起發展及其對檔案編排描述之影響

The Origin and Development of "Dutch Manual" and Its Influence on Archival Arrangement and Description

摘要


檔案編排和描述是檔案管理過程中最基礎的工作,荷蘭出版之「荷蘭手冊」,也稱荷蘭100條,為世界上最早將檔案編排與描述的原則有系統的歸納整理出版者,其論證了來源原則、全宗原則的優越性。本文旨在介紹「荷蘭手冊」之起源與背景,探討手冊之內容架構、特色,並檢視「荷蘭手冊」對我國與歐美、大陸檔案界帶來之影響與優劣點。

Arrangement and description are basic works of archives processing procedures. "Dutch Manual" published in Holland and also named 100 items of Holland, is the earliest publication to compile principles of arrangement and description of archives in the world. In addition, it proves the superiority of the principle of provenance and the theory of Fonds. This article reviews the origin and background of Dutch Manual, and studies its characteristics as well as structure. Finally, this article discusses the influence on archives management in Taiwan, Mainland China, UK and USA.
