智慧型手機對典藏機構電腦媒介溝通之影響

摘要

隨著智慧型手機（smartphone）可移動性及輕巧易攜帶特性，將會為典藏機構的溝通互動方式、知識運用、組織流程等模式，由傳統應用電腦媒介溝通（CMC）系統之固定地點的服務模式，產生跨越實體空間的許多應用，改變檔案的存取與傳播的模式。本文依據智慧型電話結合行動通訊與寬頻網路的特性，結合電腦媒介溝通的應用，研擬圖書館或檔案館對於典藏資料的服務模式，並探討其應用可能遭遇的現象，藉以提供典藏管理的硬體設備在搭配智慧型電話的導入參考。

The movable and easy-carry characteristics of a smartphone will create many application models with respect to document repository institutions, such as interactive communication, knowledge application, and organization procedures, etc. That will make traditional computer-mediated communication system service models of which file access and delivery change from happening in a fixed venue to crossing various physical locations. This paper is to draft library service models using smartphone technologies combined with computer mediated communication applications, and also to discuss possible phenomena after implementing those models. The study would be valuable for reference, especially for those who intend to integrate collection management facilities with mobile telecommunication technology on broadband Internet.
