消費性電子產品中的智慧型手機近年來逐漸受到重視。國際手機品牌大廠在一般功能型手機的平均售價逐漸下降,毛利率遭到侵蝕的情況下,積極推出高平均售價且有應用軟體收入的智慧型手機。在眾多智慧型手機中,Apple推出的iPhone以觸控螢幕和容易上手的介面改變大眾對智慧型手機操作複雜的印象,造成全球搶購熱潮。也因此,本研究便假設良好設計的人機介面對於智慧型手機影響很大。 本研究主要目的是了解台灣智慧型手機製造商對於良好設計的人機介面重視程度,探討人機介面設計的好壞對於智慧型手機的影響,進而整理出台灣智慧型手機廠商的關鍵成功因素。 本研究利用Apple iPod 個案、智慧型手機產業分析和台灣智慧型手機品牌廠商的訪談這三種方式來探討研究問題,整理歸納出人機介面對智慧型廠商的影響。在關鍵成功因素的部份則是利用學者Robert M. Grant的架構,透過需求面和競爭面的分析找出台灣智慧型手機品牌廠商的關鍵成功因素。
In the consumer electronic industry, smartphone is getting more and more important in recent years. In a state of low average selling price and low gross profit of feature phones, international mobile corporations actively launch smartphones which have high average selling price and application software revenue. Among numerous smartphones, Apple iPhone change people’s impression of smartphones with touch screen and easy-to-use interface. Therefore, this research assumes that well-designed interface has a great effect to smartphones. The main purposes of this research are realizing how much Taiwan’s smartphone corporations pay attention to well-designed human-computer interface, discussing the effect of human-computer interface to smartphone, and then making conclusions about key success factors of Taiwan’s smartphone corporations. We use the case study on Apple iPod, analysis of smartphone industry analysis, and interviews with Taiwan’s smartphone corporations to examine the research issues, and then sum up with the effect of human-computer interface on smartphones. Using Robert M. Grant’s framework of key success factors, by analyzing demand and competition sides, then find out the key success factors of Taiwan’s smartphone corporations.
