The pollutants such as carbon monoxide and hydrocarbons produced by locomotives every year make locomotives the main source of air pollution in cities. In the face of the current crisis of serious deterioration of the global environment, paying attention to energy saving, carbon reduction, ecological environmental protection has become the most important issue in the whole world, considering the important role that locomotives play in the lives of people around the world, if we want to maintain its mobility without harming it. Then, to research the characteristics of speed, convenience and convenience, electric locomotives are the best alternative to locomotives. Currently, it find that the electric scooters still have technical problems that need to be improved, such as short battery life, high cost, long charging time, insufficient horsepower, low load capacity, insufficient power when going up slopes, and other major deficiencies. Hence, the paper presents electronic brake recharge system, battery protection design and safety brake design to consist an electric vehicle controller to solve the problems.
